How to Upside: Daily Breaths & Gratitude
At the start of each day, our clients and our family have 30 minutes to settle in, decompress and not feel rushed. To put their belongings in its place. To put away their phones, iPads, books, and headphones for the day. To use the REST room. To eat fresh fruits and snacks, drink tea and water. Mingle and catch up with friends and family, both new and old.
And when we’re all comfortable, and settled in a circle, we breathe.
Together, with calm energies, and the intention to stay grounded in our home, we breathe deep three times together. Slow, controlled breaths, followed by a gratitude prompt.
Be clear, be confident and don’t overthink it. The beauty of your story is that it’s going to continue to evolve. Your goal should be to make it feel right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
